NWIAA Farmers Grassroots Advisory Council Launches Farmers Aid & Assistance Program

WASHINGTON, D.C. — November 13, 2025 — The Farmers Grassroots Advisory Council Farmers Aid & Assistance Program, under the leadership of the National Women in Agriculture Association (NWIAA), has launched a nationwide movement dedicated to rebuilding America’s agricultural foundation through direct farmer engagement, sustainable policy reform, and bipartisan legislative collaboration.

Women farmers and agribusiness leaders across the United States are traveling to 15 states to meet with legislators, governors, and community partners to introduce the Sustainable Farmers Aid & Assistance Program — a bold, farmer-driven solution designed to provide critical resources to struggling farmers and strengthen food security for all citizens.

This grassroots delegation is urgently requesting a meeting with President Donald J. Trump and White House leadership to present proven, farmer-led solutions addressing America’s agricultural and food security challenges — issues that have long been overlooked or mishandled by prior administrations.

Unlike previous leadership that prioritized disconnected DEI-based funding models, the Trump Administration, alongside allies such as Former Republican Congressional Chairman of the House Agriculture Committee, Hon. Mike Conaway, has demonstrated a genuine, results-driven commitment to helping farmers, feeding families, and rebuilding the national economy.

The program’s mission extends far beyond agriculture, advancing initiatives designed to:

Save lives by preventing unnecessary incarceration and early deaths through agricultural career pathways and rehabilitation programs;
Rebuild communities through agribusiness development and educational partnerships; and
Empower the next generation to serve America in meaningful, productive, and patriotic ways.

Together, these women farmers represent the heart of American resilience — bringing forward transformative policies, partnerships, and programs that unite faith, freedom, and farming to secure the nation’s future, strengthen the economy, and address critical tariff and trade issues affecting U.S. producers.
