Position Title: State Director / Legislative Outreach Coordinator
The National Women in Agriculture Association (NWIAA) is expanding its leadership network as part of the historic 2026 Year of the International Woman Farmer initiative. We are seeking dynamic State Directors to help advance agricultural legislation, strengthen farmer assistance programs, and build powerful partnerships at the state level. Position Title: Attorney – Agricultural Equity & IP Protection (Contract / Retainer)
The Attorney – Agricultural Equity & IP Protection serves as legal counsel to the National Women in Agriculture Association (NWIAA), providing strategic legal guidance to protect the organization’s intellectual property, brand integrity, and advocacy initiatives. This contract/retainer role supports enforcement of trademark and copyright protections, addresses infringement and confidentiality matters, and advises on issues impacting equal rights for women farmers. The attorney will work closely with leadership to ensure legal compliance, mitigate risk, and strengthen governance structures as NWIAA advances its national and multi-state initiatives, including its 2026 programs.
Position Title: Bilingual Childcare Team Member
The Bilingual Childcare Team Member plays a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. This position provides consistent support for daily routines and activities, assists with early childhood education tasks, and helps maintain a clean and organized learning space.
